Email us at refunds@hairswap.example with your order email and reason. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then does not renew.
If you have an issue with a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will review refund requests according to this policy.
